6 inch x 6 inch Square Slotted Base

Solid wooden bases are easy to use! They add a great look to your baskets offering a strong, sturdy bottom. Simply cut flat or flat oval stakes a bit longer than the finished height of your basket and insert one end of the stake into the groove (slot) of the base. Shape your basket as you weave to the top, finish off the rim and attach handles as you would any stake construction basket. Lots of shapes and sizes to choose from. This base measures 6 inches square.
