5 inch U Shaped Side Handle

The 5" U-Shaped wooden side handle is great for a pack baskets, laundry or field baskets. The tapered legs slide into your basket's weaving. Notch size is 1/2 "; however, you can easily enlarge the notch with a knife or small saw. Handles are priced individually.

Approximate Sizes:
5" - Width across the handle
4" - Distance below the notch to tip of handle
8" - Overall height (measured in the center of the handle)
3.25" - Height of handle above the basket's rim
19.5" - Overall length of handle, tip to tip

These handles are made from a piece (strip) of wood, 1/2" wide x 1/8" thick and bent to a "U-Shape."  U-Shaped Handles are a lighter-weight handle than the Bushel Handles. See Bushel Handles items 6723 (3.5" width) and 6724 (5.5" width).
