Using Sweet Grass for Basketry

• Soak the Sweet Grass in warm water for several minutes until thoroughly saturated. Warp loosely in an old towel so the grass retains its moisture. Keep grass damp while working.
• You may even soak and wrap the Sweet Grass the the night before you begin.
• To restore any unused material, spread the grass out and allow to air dry.
• To restore the sweet aroma, simply mist with water.
